Job Description
We are looking for a toddler teacher to add to our team! We are growing and expanding all the time. We are a family-style childcare center that works to help serve the students and people of our community. We are looking for people who have the passion for teaching and children! We offer a positive atmosphere filled with teachers that truly give their all to make a positive impact on the development and education of the children we serve. We are looking for like-minded people as we continue to grow our team!
The teacher will be expected to implement lesson plans based on set goals created by the curriculum throughout the school day.
A High School Diploma is required as well as all employees must pass a background check every 5 years. Training and classes will be provided by the center before start date, so experience is not required but preferred. Some job responsibilities consist of:
- Instructing children (ages 18 months+) in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth;
- Create a fun and safe learning environment;
- Implement class routines to promote different areas of learning (gross motor, fine motor, social development, language and literacy, mathematical thinking, scientific thinking, social studies, and creative expression);
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents;
- Assist and support the lead teacher in activities, classroom routines, and prepping for class activities;
- Filling in as the “LEAD” teacher when a substitute is needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.00 – $13.00/hour

Education:
- High School or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Chidcare: 1 year (Preferred)
